## Advisor Style & Mentorship
Very mean and has two faces. Fake smile outside and ugly face in the school. Make sudents and postdocs to cry with personal attack for many times.

Consider herself as a Nature author but can only reach Nature commun... 

## Lab Culture
Toxic. Never go to her lab, otherwise your life will be miserable and destroyed. More than decade ago I have read complaint comments toward this person in PI review websites. After so many years this one stays the same.

Dr. Avram has very high expectations for her trainees, but she works just as hard. Her mentorship style is hands-on, and if you need help with something or want to talk about experiments, she responds to calls and emails quickly. This helps trainees get the most out of their time working with her, which is exemplified by her strong publication record. She has very good ideas, and the projects in her lab are innovative. These ideas also are collaborative as Dr. Avram has multiple papers where she is co-corresponding author and has multiple multi-PI grants.  She is also open to trainees coming up with their own project directions as they progress in the lab allowing them to become more independent, preparing them for future career opportunities. The data from the lab is rigorously analyzed using the correct statistical analyses and experiments are repeated multiple times to validate findings. She is invested in her trainee's success and even gives gifts around the holidays.

The most mean monster I have ever met. She always has Fake smile in her face when recruiting students or new people in her lab, then suddenly turn to another ugly face after you are in. Very arrogant and rude with a huge reputation in all places she has stayed:

Albany Medical College, where she got tenured, with rumors about academic fraud.
University of Florida, with really bad reputation about academic bully. Nobody wants to deal with this monster.
Moffitt Cancer center, She failed to get promotion in UF so left to Moffitt in 2021. Hope no people will suffer this bxxxh again.

: The statement from this anonymous person is a slander with foul language. The accusations of "rumors about academic fraud" and " bad reputation and academic bully" or " failed to get promotion" are fabricated and absolutely false. I have trained numerous graduate students (12) and postdocs (10), as well as a large number of undergraduate students (35), who are successful and have developed careers in academia and industry. All publications under my name have as first authors successful former
