我是课题组的一员，十分推荐考超超老师。
## 1. 导师的指导风格: 组内学术氛围很棒，老师很内向，但是有很多话和自己的学生聊，包括自己的未来规划，平常不会push学生，但是组内也是大神倍出，都靠自觉。

## 2. 对学生的要求：没有要求，只要脚踏实地做科研，要仔细负责。

## 3. 经费和支持：组内经费有限，但是从来不会亏待学生，给学生开的工资是所里的最高标准，周围同学羡慕坏了有木有

## 4. 科研：老师科研能力很强，刚发了一篇微生物领域的顶刊，在国外读过博后，吸取了国外实验室的很多优点，从来不会苛待学生。学生毕业后一般一作三四篇。

## 5. 实验室氛围：很宽松，师兄师姐平常做完实验说说笑笑，因为组内人少所以从来没有组会，但是学生都会去按时找老师汇报进度，老师不会干预你的实验，只会提供帮助。
