He is a kind of man that goes into the faculty meeting and asks to cancel your scholarship, simply because he needs to prove others that he is strong. He is complaining all the time. 

He has the attitude to talk behind you in the department meetings and retaliate graduate students. Not only is he recommended for a PhD advisor, but also he is not good for being his TAs. He is one of the professors in your department that you need to avoid from. 

Side note#1: His initial reactions can be very nice. Consider it as a trap. 
Side note#2: He is nicer with girls.

No, I don't recommend this PI.
