#### 导师的指导风格
虽负责，但是苛刻，控制欲强，窒息感强；好处是没有过分岩壁现象。

## 对博士生的要求
指导不明确，东一棒槌西一棒槌，自己总是推翻自己之前讲的东西却骂学生逻辑不清晰。同时由于倾向于做横向赚钱，不注重发论文，因此导致学生基本没有几篇论文，只满足最低毕业要求，因此未来从事学术道路艰难。

## 经费和支持
一般，实验支持不吝啬，但基本不支持学生出国访问及交流。

## 科研
科研能力一般，近几年基本没有较好的科研成果，依赖于“好学生”做出好东西。

## 实验室氛围
组会上多次骂哭学生，无论男女。办公室楼道经常听到骂学生，整个系人尽皆知，甚至在学校论坛上都很出名，近几年有所收敛。也由此组内学生关系团结，没有某些组勾心斗角现象。
