## Advisor Style & Mentorship
ego driven and highly hierarchical. doesn't respect phds or postdocs. does not offer even opportunities and has no issue denying acknowledgement to early career researchers or assistant professors on a lower scale. favors those that compliment him excessively, irrespective of their professional merits or achievements. for example, supported a female postdoc who had no 1st author journal publications during her 6 year postdoc to obtain an assistant professorship, and displayed double standards and favoritism in the dissemination if opportunities.
