夫妻档，一人一作一人通讯，抢一作，压数据，拖文章，拖久了等学生走了署名就可以自说自话任意安排啦。嫡子拿来做传统方向，外姓拿来试错，试个×年，然后好像真的行不通呢。

校外导师，研究所联培，实验室条件很一般，跟学校没法比。夫妻档，一一作一通讯，压数据，卡文章，抢一作，署名顺序并非按照实际贡献。很push，要做很多跟自己课题无关的dirty work。无指导，课题做不出来自己想办法，谩骂做不出来都是因为学生自己能力差不努力不认真，一直贬低学生，带头搞霸凌排挤。实习等等之类的通通不允许。

无指导但人格羞辱
严格打卡
不可实习，最好不好有考公等等念头会被穿小鞋
不要挂大导名下，来夫妻档实验室，大导小导没人愿意管，被踢皮球
