## Advisor Style & Mentorship
Abusive, passive-aggressive, absent mentor. Not open to new methods even if cheap to apply. Highly incompetent

## Expectations for PhD Students
Usually takes 4-6 years to graduate, requires 2 publications, so average requirements. 
Overall respect of work-life balance in appearance 

## Funding & Support
Stipend is ridiculously low for the price of life. 
Absent support.

## Research
Interesting but repetitive with no real breakthrough in the recent 10 years. 

## Lab Culture
Absent, you are alone, surrounded by equally suffering students.
